Early Bird SHOP Redemption Rules:

Thanks to all our members who purchased on SHOP. As a thank you, we're having a special redemption just for you! Here are the guidelines for the redemption happening this week:
1. Only members who successfully purchased an item from SHOP between 12:00 AM EDT July 1st - 11:59 PM EDT July 11th and spent at least $1.79 at the end of their checkout (excluding shipping costs and taxes), will be eligible to enter PTZ Place.
2. Only one prize per member.
3. Those members who made a purchase which violated our Terms and whose order was canceled will not be able to participate.
4. Your browser's autofill is allowed (including Roboform).
5. There will be no exchanges, returns, cancellations or PTZ refunds on redeemed prizes.
6. Use of any bots, cheats or fraud will result in immediate order and membership cancellation.
7. You must have a U.S. mailing address in order to participate or your order will be cancelled immediately.
8. The redemption includes the Lockerz Terms of Use and PTZ Rules.

Shipping:
1. All addresses must be entered correctly. If your address is not entered correctly, your prize order will be cancelled. Any prize orders that are sent out and are returned for any reason will be cancelled and not sent to you an additional time.
2. Shipping PTZ are now included in the PTZ level of all physical items.

GENERAL RETRO REDEMPTION

Rules for The General Retro Redemption:
1. This redemption will only be in one wave.
2. Only members who have earned at least 50 PTZ on Lockerz between June 1st and June 26th at 11:59 p.m. EDT will be eligible to enter PTZ Place.
3. Shipping PTZ are now included in the PTZ level of all physical items, but not digital items (PayPal etc.)
4. Only one prize per member.
5. There will be no exchanges, returns, cancellations or PTZ refunds on redeemed prizes.
6. These Rules are in addition to Lockerz Terms of Use and PTZ Rules.

Shipping:
1. Every package sent internationally will be labeled as a "gift." However, you are responsible for all incoming duties and tariffs imposed by your local government.
